Kid, can you explain this one? It's a tri (not tri box) and you pick 1 to W, 8 to P, 9 to S?

How does the w/ all work? I thought in a tri you had to pick with W, P or S. Thanks

Throwing my 2 cents worth in on the 7th at Churchhill....I think the 6 is dangerous, even after the layoff. I'm going 1 unit win/3 unit place on the 6 with a $1 exacta box 3/6/7/8. Tail at your own risk!
