Yep I got it BAD when I was in Jamaica at all inclusive hotel in Negril, and so did many other hotel guests that had the ranch dressing..

Anyways, you feel like you have massive knot building up in your stomach to start off, then the barfing and shitting out both ends start and don't stop.. Fevers and weakness follows with a deathly ill feeling, no energy.... It doesn't stop for a day.. Old people had to go to the hospital and the doctors were doing the rounds at the hotel.. Felt like I was poisoned and gonna die at the onset...

I got a free stay at the hotel in the end but I was still pissed off...

A bad case of food poising is a pure nightmare....
