already , villa commits 3 fouls, and they are playing i score, you score basketball, they defend for 7 seconds, and then let off and give up points after that, i don't like the lack of energy that villa is playing with, way tooooooo low in comparison to the irish

villa seem to be playing slow halfcourt basketball, and the lack of transition defense is killing nova, and it is giving notre dame a chance to hit the transition 3 uncontested

again, this is such an annoying pattern, but i will say it again, villa will defend well for the first 7 seconds, and then absolutely just go to sleep after that and give up an easy shot, it just needs to stop, eventually , i can easily see notre dame hitting big 3's to win this game in the end, this is why it is so important for villa to build a SUBSTANTIAL LEAD, so that when notre hits those 3's it won't affect them as much

Nova will be fine..honestly, when you look at this game, they played horrid on offense and they are still tied at halftime. Their defense is solid and always plays better in the 2nd half and their offense could not be any worse than it was..they will win...dont worry jersey man...

in my mind, i see this occuring in villa players mind, "i want to win a close game, so let me, not bukld a lead...", it happens to so many teams in close games, i would call it a pattern, when 2 good teams go up against eachother, and instead of one team that is a little better creating a lead, they decide to play , you score i score basketball, until someone makes a mistake in the end and screws up
