Georgetown/syracuse played feb 14 and the hoyas won 88-74. Georgetown led at the half 50-32. In the 2nd half, syracuse outscored the hoyas 42-38. In that game, syracuse missed 12 freethrows (made 10 for 23) and georgetown missed 6 freethrows (made 12 for 18). Both teams missed a lot of free throws and the 1st half still went over. Both Syracuse and Georgetown struggled offensivey in their last games that they played. Syracuse score just 49 points against Uconn (27 in the first half). MEanwhile, Georgetown only scored just 62 points, including OT, against Cincy (had only 21 points at the half).

Main reason I like the over is how they teams played in the first meeting this season. I was looking thru the game log (play by play), I noticed that neither team wait to milk the clock on each position. Both teams shot the ball quickly, usually within 25 seconds. There were instances where both teams combined to score 11 points in a minute in the first half. Both teams like to run. THese teams scored 15 points combined in the final 221 of the 1st half. If both teams shoot quickly like they did in the first matchup this season, this will go over 67 easy. These teams will not slow it down especially being a televised game tommorrow.

Arkansas likes to shoot the ball quickly and not play defense either. BOth teams like to shoot 3 pointers and not use the time clock. Both teams shoot the ball early in the shot clock. We shall see a lot of quick shots in this televised game.

K/K state already have played once this season and Kansas won 87-71. Kansas and K state play just like how georgetown and syracuse play each other. Both of these teams like to shoot early in the shot clock. THey also like to run and shoot 3 pointers. The halftime score of the kansas game was 37-24. K st shooting was very poor in the first half. Kansas scored the first 15 points of the game. If these teams play the same style or running, shooting 3's and shooting quickly, this total goes over at the half. I do not think these teams will slow it down especially being a televised game.
