NEW to this Fourm Can some one answer a question

I normally post on the other forum (covers) and I have a question or two.
1. How do I get my Avatar to display when I make post?
2. Is there user agreement somewhere that I can read that tells me what "is" and "is not" permitted when posting an avatar? i.e. like what is considered nudity?

I resized my Avatar and it still don't show up. Does anyone know if you have to have a certain amount of post before they will allow you to show your avatar ?
