wednesday's college basketball play

long time watcher of the boards and professional gambler here. I thought i would jump in and make a selection....after hours of handicapping ive come up with one play in college basketball...tulsa -2.5 on the road against marshall...here is why...


tulsa is a 20 win+ team every year....they have th 7 footer jordan in the middle....while marshall lacks size and defense. The 2 teams played to a 19 point win for tulsa at tulsa a few games back where marshall was outrebounded by 20 boards....tulsa wins this by at least 10....jump on this one at -2.5 before it soars onward and upward.

Yeah I just got the line at -2 about 5 minutes ago.. and now its at 1

I think Tulsa is still the better team, need to check the injuries though.... Marshall is a bottom tier CSUA team and Tulsa a 4 CUSA team...
They lost to Memphis by 1 at home so they have some talent.

Jumped on the Tulsa game at -1 and added Notre Dame at -2.5

i think some people might be taking a look at marshall's home record against tulsa's road record etc.....as far as i saw last night there were no major injuries in this game....my original play was 2,000 on tulsa -2.5...and now that i see it is -1 i just another 1,000 on them...with so many bigger games on the board....i have a feeling the oddsmakers might have overlooked this one and they could be false moving this line right now.

So many games with RLM tonight, it's crazy.

This is a solid pick imo and I have hit Tulsa at -1.5. The same thing happened with Akron yesterday and look what happened there.

alot of times oddsmakers will move a line a couple of points the other way when they realized they have made a mistake...either to deter wagers or to have people change their minds and take the other side...i just read a piece in the tulsa world....everyone is healthy and they want this game...as they are 0-2 in their last 2 trips to marshall....ive run the numbers several times...and i just cannot see marshall winning this game....good luck to all who are with me....!

Maybe the line is moving because they Marshall takes em out at home.....Im getting it at Tulsa plus 1 at this point....Im gonna watch it a bit longer and do some homework myself but I gotta think your dead nuts on this and Tulsa rolls. GL!

Marshall's last 3 games they have kept it close and just lost at the end because they haven't been able to come up with the key shots. It appears they have no "go to" guy according to the limited stuff I've read.

Perhaps that is the reason for the line move(since they are playing teams tough).

I wish I was more familiar with the makeup of the teams in Marshall's last 3 games. Anyone familiar with this conference? Perhaps then we can parallel that against how they match up against this Tulsa team.
