**ALERT ALERT ALERT** san diego state vs UNLV
    UNLV -200 ML

Try to buy the spread down to -2.5 if it's at -4 still. This line could move all the way up to -7. This was a misplaced line.

For someone who doesn't want to place bets anymore, it's these games that force you out of your semi retirmenet.

I placed 6,000 to win 3,000 - and i was going to jump on it at -190 last night.

    Take the -200, even if it's -210 or -220 it's worth it!!

UNLV could take this game by 20 tonight, though 8-12 is more realistic.

A big concern for the Aztecs (15-5, 5-2 MWC), is they might be without their best defender, senior point guard Richie Williams.
Williams hurt his left knee late in San Diego State's 78-59 win at Colorado State on Saturday and is listed as doubtful.
Aztecs freshman forward Tim Shelton is doubtful as well after re-injuring his surgically repaired right knee in the first half against the Rams. Also, senior forward Ryan Amoroso is nursing a sore back, and senior guard Lorrenzo Wade is trying to recover from the flu.

              Definitely on UNLV

my ALERT plays which I haven't kept track in any TRAX box might be rougly 50-6 since september on all NFL, college football, and college basketball games. I'v only done about 4 NHL games, and they went 4-0.

The other members would tell you, i've sent them about 30 plays the last 2 weeks and i'm sure all of them but maybe 2 were right.

I also get my plays combined with a few of the highest players in Las Vegas. These guys bet $40,000-$90,000 a night on games. I've been fortunate to get to know them, and together we do very well.

Some of them are gone now after the Super Bowl and won't return untill NCAA tourny time. We need breaks to you know

I am showing UNLV opened at -4.5. What am I missing? Was this taken off the board and reposted? Still safe to take at the current -5?

                        Please advise.

how about buying 3 pts to bring it down to -3 thats at -180, that should work out, right?

UNLV is the best home team in this conference. I know it is a 4 way battle in it but you have to think with 3 players out for San Diego St. 3 pts. shouldn't be a problem. I am thinking about the -6 but not sure.

                                                    2:00 a.m. February 3, 2009

LAS VEGAS — In a game that demands all hands on deck, the deck would appear to be stacked against San Diego State's men's basketball team.

With sole possession of first place in the Mountain West Conference on the line in tonight's showdown with UNLV, the Aztecs are hoping to piece together a lineup capable of keeping them in the game.

Senior point guard Richie Williams and freshman forward Tim Shelton, both of whom limped away from Saturday's win at Colorado State with knee injuries, underwent MRIs yesterday morning. While neither test revealed cartilage damage, coach Steve Fisher said Williams is doubtful for tonight's game. Shelton, meanwhile, who continues to be plagued by soreness in his surgically repaired left knee, did not make the trip to Las Vegas.

In addition, senior forward Ryan Amoroso, who did not play against Colorado State because of a lingering back problem, is unlikely to play tonight.

Williams, who is averaging 8.6 points and is two steals from tying former Aztec Brandon Heath for the SDSU and MWC record, ranks third on the team in rebounds with an average of 4.3 per game.

Shelton is averaging 8.1 points and is tied for the team lead with 5.1 rebounds, while Amoroso is averaging 7.3 points and 4.3 rebounds.

None of the three practiced yesterday. Nor did senior forward Lorrenzo Wade, who despite battling bronchitis scored a season-high 25 points against Colorado State. Wade said yesterday he will play against UNLV.

“It's really a question of when they'll be able to go,” Fisher said of Williams and Shelton. “With Richie, we'll see what (today) brings, but I really don't know. He's excited to play, but he's also a little nervous, because (the injury) has been so troublesome to him.
“We've talked a lot this season about our depth, and now we'll find out what we've got. Guys who aren't used to playing 30 minutes are probably going to have to do that (tonight). Whether you go nine (players) deep, like we have most of the season, or you're down to seven, you've still got to play the game.”

SDSU, which has won eight of its past 10, is looking for its first win at the Thomas & Mack Center since 2005-06, the same year it won the MWC regular season and tournament titles. In a series spanning 43 games, the Aztecs have won just four times in 22 trips to Las Vegas.

The Rebels, paced by senior guard Wink Adams (13.8 ppg), have won four in a row overall and six straight at home. Nonetheless, UNLV has endured a fitful series of stops and starts, with wins over Arizona, Louisville and BYU, and league losses to TCU and Colorado State.

Still, Wade, a Las Vegas native, is fully cognizant of the severity of the challenge facing a short-handed SDSU squad.

“Even without the injuries, it's still going to be as tough as it was a week ago,” Wade said. “UNLV isn't going to have any pity on us. It's not like they're not going to play Wink Adams or (senior guard) Rene Rougeau because we're missing a couple of guys. We have to get the job done. Injuries happen to teams every day. It's the ones that fight through adversity that come out on top.”

awesome, thanks flight. This means they are losing about 24 pts. Don't know how they keep it close. Plus they are not a great road team.
