Honestly..... I think teasers are for suckers. Not putting you down. Dont take it that way. But look at it this way..... those are your 3 picks of the day.... right? Why tease them?

Let's say you put 1 unit on each. (I'll assume your 1 unit is $60 since that is your bet)

If you win all 3 you win $180
If you win 2 you win $54
If you win 1 you lose -$72
and if you lose all 3 you lose -$198

Obviously you would be risking more just betting straight action.
I think in the long term..... you would come out ahead avoiding parlays and teasers.

I suppose if you feel like you always lose every game by a couple of points then maybe that is the way to go.

This is my opinion. I don't know anyone that makes a living betting on sports that actually bets parlays. I think they are kind of "sucker bets".

      Anyone else agree??

Totally Agree! I'm no pro for sure, but one with NFL, went 2-1 lost money? No more, unless your pro those bets and 1h and 2half bets to me are like flipping a coin. Your research into it goes out the window. IowaSt did me good, but Baylor, Cuse killed me last night. Been going 2-1, what happens, up the ante and 1-2? That's gambling?

Husker, these big conf. games are tough, I'm a zero with MOV, all look the same, never see them play, but will be possibly tailing you with any good games! Thanks!

Thanks MrMonkey. The best part about the internet is the ability to share info. You probably cant name a player off Creighton and I can tell you the starting 5. (they are my hometown team) You probably didnt realize that Creighton is in the top 15 in the nation in attendace....... and I actually GO to the games. My point is this..... I get a LOT of info on the MVC and BIG 12. Yes, I'm a fan of both Creighton and Nebraska basketball... .but as you noticed I bet against both last night. I knew that NU would struggle in Ames. Nebraska is NOT a good basketball team and on the road they will continue to struggle. (except for when they go to Kansas...... trust me there.) Creighton on the other hand will be fighting for the MVC title. They are one of the top 3 teams in the conference.... but with their top scorer slowed with a bad ankle (he played but scored 10 and shot very poorly).... and a much bigger SIll team..... I knew they were in for a great game. Not to mention S Ill ALWAYS plays Creighton tough. That's kind of their "rival" in the MVC. So when I saw they Creighton was giving up 10 points! I couldnt believe it.

What I'm trying to say is this...... if we can all share our knowledge about what WE know then hopefully we can all make some serious money on CBB!!
