    Rule change for NCAAB
"There will be no fouls called in the last one and one half minutes of play unless the foul is a blatant attempt by one player to ghost the other mother ****er, as in player A pulls out a .45 auto and pops a cap in player B's ass."

I am waiting for a game I have a +1250 ML play on with my team behind by 2 points and the last minute and a half have now taken 20 minutes to play. geesh.

they need this rule in NBA too. The last minutes of all basketball is almost unwatchable. Especially NBA where they get the ball at the other end.

I hate in the NBA when a team is down like 8 with 30 seconds left and they refuse to stop fouling. It's like, get a grip on your life, you lost the game.
