i like them both, except 81% of public on Nova and line has actually moved from -7 to -6.5. This could be a game where seton hall covers coming off two blow out losses. But I do like Nova and dayton both.

Don't touch the Nova game, they are aweful this season, they have shown no signs of playing to their abilities. Everytime I have watched them play Reynolds looked like he forgot how to play basketball.

I'm a little biased, because I go to Miami....

That being said, Dayton +7 is the correct play. This game has the potential to be ugly without Hayes and Ballard. Miami has played a ridiculous non-conference schedule which includes UCLA, Pitt, WVU, and XU. I think the line is about right, if Dayton gets hot from the outside, this could be a 15 point victory for DU. However, statistically, they are a poor 3 pt. shooting team.

Dayton has been very impressive thus far limiting opponents FG%, creating turnovers, while offensively attacking the offensive glass.


It should be noted that Dayton has compiled their numbers against teams well into the bottom third of D1. Looking at three of Dayton's worst defensive performances (Efficiency and FG%) and it was Creighton, George Mason and Toledo. Conversely, Dayton's offense really struggled against Akron and Creighton, which should be a good indicator for the type of defensive effort Miami should give.

I am not betting this game, hopefully my information will help those who do!
