#5Looks like a mirror image of MichST-Minn. game. AriST more talented but Stan. undefeated playing nobody. AriST really hasn't played people either. Like to stick with better projected teams early in conf. play? Pac10 has AriSt 2nd, Stan. 6-7th?
Always liked Sendek and Harden best player on court. Playing AriSt, now up to +1, must be because of Maples atmosphere? Stanford 21-1 at home since 2007. Ouch!

#9I've already said it but I'll say it again. When the game is a PICK the home team is the chose. The road team always looks like a good value..... but the home team win in this situation over 60% of the time.Comment -

#10Both teams r playing well coming into this one. stanford has pretty much breezed its way through the early part of its schedule, though playing confident on its home court as theyve yet to lose. arizona state has basically been doin the same, holding fort at home n going out on the road. but wut pops out to me r sum lopsided scores beating quality non-conf. teams by a wide margin, charlotte by 28, UTEP by 30, n nebraska by 20. including impressive wins against BYU n SD. ST. theve shown flashes of dominance n it looks to pay dividends on the road. tuff spot to pick against stanford n the unreal home court advantage they look to have, but they r going up against the best team theve faced this yr by far n will be challenged by a stingy defensive squad as well. ASU gets it done here n starts its pac10 debut with a bang.

#12This one is just sitting there waiting to have the trigger pulled. Arizona State is the much better team. Stanford hasn't been tested yet. If this was a neutral site game, ASU would be a 4-5 point favorite I think if not more. At home, they'd be an even bigger favorite. I think it being the first conference game & a roadie is why they set the line here - but I'll probably bite. Easy combo I think - ASU has better defense by a large margin & I think more talented offensive players.Comment -

#14AZ St in this one....they have played a real schedule so far while Stanford has hardly been tested....AZ St has the one true star in this game in Harden...Comment -

#15^ exactly. Stanford has to be overrated after that Texas Tech performance and the opponents they've played this season.Comment
