Weber St and Jax St getting too many points?

Guys,
Aren't Weber St and Jax St getting too many points?

I show the value for the line for Utah to be -600, it is actually -2200.

I show the value for the line for Iowa St to be +105, they are actually -225.

Any insight on either of these games?
