Minnesota is +330 right now and I wouldn't advise making these plays very often but here is my reasoning.

1. Louisville played the late game in Cincy on Thursday and then has to travel cross country to play an early game on Saturday? Louisville is deep but that is tough for even pro teams.

2. Minnesota hasn't played in around a week, Tubby Smith will be ready for UL, he has a great record against Pitino when he coached at UK and might have his number.

3. Louisville has exhibited ZERO focus in its games so far and Minnesota is easily the best team they've seen so far.

4. Rick Pitino coached teams ALWAYS seem to lose games early in the year.

(Dayton in the past 2 years, BYU, Purdue)


I'm NOT playing the ML because I hate betting against my team but I do have Minnesota +9

Minnesota hasnt played anybody this year, but they are def. as good as Ole Miss and Western Kentucky. I really dread having to face Tubby Smith coached teams

I am utterly shocked at Louisville performance today. Aweful

they played terrible but I definately saw it coming. They're just not a good team right now. They're def. a top 5 team by years end but they just dont have all the pieces together like a UConn or a UNC
