Reassurance needed on hockey totals...

I get -110 on totals with my local and I have been getting crushed this season. I am 3-14-2 and 0-4 on my big bets. I just want some reassurance that I am not doing anything wrong and that in the long run I should be profitable. I get pumped every night to see the Pinnacle lines closing at 125-145, and then I still get crushed. Anyone else experiencing something similar? Please tell me that I am not insane and that things should turn around at some point.

Why is every single game total 5.5 tonight? You'll probably do better than you have been doing, but can't say by how much. GL

Wow, 3-14-2 that's not good. Maybe you might just be on a cold steak but that is assuming that you have ever been on a hot steak. I would try posting bets on your sbr spreadsheet for a while and get a feel for things again without actually betting any money. You obviously need to change something so good luck, let me know what you do.

This is the first season I've bet hockey. I have used the same line shopping method with other sports and have been successful. So I was basically wondering if the same ideas apply to hockey, or am I missing something very basic?

The games are far from low scoring out of the gates this season.......to me, that is the only reason to bet hockey totals. 5.5 and 6 should be too high for hockey "most of the time" but all these ****in europeans score too much. There will be a time soon to hammer unders in hockey just be patient.
