Pens looking to beef up their defense after this year's playoff failure. First step seems to be getting a backup tender, as it was announced today that they picked up Vokoun from the Caps. Now we just need some defensemen!

Very solid pick up. Better goalie than Fleury, and extremely underrated. He's a top 15 NHL goaltender and has been, statistically, in the top 5 since the lockout. He won't get Fleury's starting role due to salaries and politics, but he might work himself into that role by midseason if the Penguins finally realize how overpaid and overrated Fleury is.Comment -
seriously puckit, fleury was the reason you guys tanked last year. he really sucked at the end of the reg season and it continued in the playoffs. maybe fleury needs more time off.Comment -
