Why are books so stingy with series prices?

I've been checking each day this week and I can't remember seeing all the prices up at once.

For example, today I checked 5 Dimes, Pinnacle, and Bovada, and none of them have all the series prices. Pinnacle has 5. http://www.pinnaclesports.com/Contes...29~/Lines.aspx
