example rangers and canucks each win 1st round and lose 2nd, penguins lose 1st. then 100 points on rangers or canucks would pay back 150. if bruins and devils each win 1st round and lose 2nd, blues lose 1st, then 100 points on bruins/devils would pay back 130 and on a 2 way tie blues 100 would pay 170.
