The over might not be a bad play too. Det. could score six by themselves...thinking Jackets score 1-2.

I'm actually favoring the under. It's set at 5.5, which gives the cushion win at 5. Detroit did score 7 against Cbus 2 days ago, but the Red Wings are a VASTLY different team on the road. Moreover, both teams are 3-7 in their last 10, so it's hard for me to make a case for a Detroit blowout on the road. I could potentially see the Jackets pulling out a victory tonight (nothing to lose vs. Detroit clinching playoffs already) and if not, 2-1 or 3-1 Detroit.

Edit: Also worth noting, Detroit has only scored more than 3 goals on the road in 3 of their last 15 games. Granted, one of those 3 was against the Jackets as well. With only 5 of Detroit's last 15 road games going over and already blowing out Columbus twice, I don't see it happening a 3rd time.

One of your arguments can go either way. Columbus could just mail it in, in order to secure the lottery pick. That's what they have to play for. Fail for Nail (Yakupov)

heard these terms in past years i dont believe teams will try to lose to get 1st pick its not how they roll

I bet a game if NFL this year agaisnt the Colts when they played the texans and they needed to lose to clinch the 1st round draft pick. Needless to say i lost my ASS big time cause they ended up beating the texans and that was their first win that year if i remember correctly or either against the titans might have been their first win but needless to say I think this is a game to stay away from. I see Red wings winning but you never know in this situation.

The OU is a toss up i think. Either Red wings play soft and easy or they end up killing CBJ. I really dont see a blow out game honestly. Red wings might make some weird changes and play this like a practice to juice up for Play-offs.

I would say stay away if it was me unless u just wanna gamble...LOL

I like Detroit to score more than 3 at -150, this kid York has been average in the minors and I don't expect him to stand on his head. Detroit still has home ice in the first round to play for, an as everyone notes they are much better at home.

i took goal in the 1st 10 also. every game they played it hit, 1 was close at just over 9 minutes.

with york in goal and hopefully a chippy start leading to a pp, i think it gets done.

or even the 1st shot on goal.
