The pens called up 2 defenseman, won't be sure why til the morning skate but I am sure it was a play we had our eye on anyway. Basically if letang is out from the big hit he took pens SHOULD push the pace even more than usual. Which also could hang the flower out to dry.

Hit it again Thursday. Letang isn't making the trip, and a good chance MAF won't be in net. Also it won't matter who is in the net for NYI bc they won't stop 49 of 52 again

I don't suggest ever playing a TT set at 3.5, even for the pens. 2.5 and 3 all day for them though.

I would careful moving foward with that idea, Balsma gave them absolute hell today for trying score every possession. That being said the better they play defensive the better they look on Offense, bc I hate this cherry picking bs
