Unless you not confident in capping a sport...I make it a rule of thumb to NOT hit up SBR before looking at the day's card. Not anything against LTProfits...he's solid, but when I read all of the other comments it can mess with yah.

I only use points that I haven't thought about. Usually I verify stats etc. and ignore leans, locks, recomendations and opinions. Most posters don't last. It doesn't take long before no one reads thier advice if they aren't knowlagable.
