Juiced at -150? Yowza Mang! That advice youre taking from some guy who says the Overs in pre season are Normally a Play anyway? When was this, since the new rules have only been around since................?

So where does the Experience of knowing pre season Hockey come into play, when the only thing we know about ANYTHING IN ANY SPORTS PRE SEASON? NOTHING?!

there will be 25 guys skating, ill bet 7 of which you know, 18 of which none of you have ever seen skate in their backyard, much less on an NHL stage!

Betting pre season in ANY sport, Is like Flipping that coin in a fountain and hoping that wish you made (Which was probably forgotten in 5 mins anyway lol) Actually could come true, Ahh yes, Pennies from heaven!! LOL

Then you bust out ALL the overs? Some with more juice than a Tropicana Factory? Yeah ok, so when in your days have you seen Every total stay under, or every total go over on the whole day, with a Min of say 5-6 games ? GOOD LUCK DUDE!!

Atleast youll know why youre trying to catch up when you get behind betting preseason Anything! Much less a quote from Dr Brilliants Blog LOL

I'm not a fan of playing preseason games either. It's just too much of a crapshoot. Every year they talk about calling the games tighter and we see every yeah week after week they let more and more go. This was mentioned at the other site I hang out at, early last regular season. It did pay quite well for the first few weeks

You’re missing the point behind what I’m posting Magica10. Perhaps you missed something in what you read. I’m just throwing out a angle that makes some sense to me and sharing it with the forum. If I am so wrong why do you suppose all but one games vig has moved 35 cents to the over?

It has nothing to do with what teams are playing or who’s playing on them, (I’m aware that most of these games have little more than a split squad).

Preseason? Totals? 3 Plays OVER -150 Juice?

He didn't play the overs at -150. Reread his post, it's pretty clear.

The first number he posted is the number he got.

The second number he posted is the number it went to at the time he posted.

Right, and the time he recommended them to people as plays? The lines were all juiced, so what good does that do for anyone other than someone who supposedly got his bets in , and all of a sudden The lines jumped for every game? lol

While I don't like to play pre-season, I just say it was quite surprising that there were so many 5's hung last night.

Have you ever done anything with playing under in the 1st period with OU's of 5 or even better yet 5 U of -120 or more? We discussed it in great detail at the other place I "Cover"

Tons of games tonight, it will be interesting to see if the Leafs keep up the good D on the road. Made a small mint last year by Taking the Leafs or Leafs under on the road and fading and or play over on thier home games

Never made the connection Lippsman but it makes some sense, (depending on the juice you need to lay for that 1st period total).

Looking at scoring by periods from last year it's clear the first period has the fewest tallies.

But was the angle stronger with a game listed at 5 rather than 5.5? And if so why?

Did you play these and what was your experience with it?

Actually it did hit higher with 5 than 5.5. Now I did play some at 5.5, but that juice had to be -130 or higher for me to play those.

The 5 games were just lower scoring as expected. You can guess the usualy teams that were getting these. But something to note was that early in the season the Devils were playing a wide open style that was killing a few of the 1st period unders. After a few times of getting burned on this I put them on the do not play list. Still I don't know why they got away from that style. As soon as they did the winning percentage started going down.

Brodeur really started showing some cracks with that open style. He was going down on the ice faster than Hasek sometimes LOL........well ok, not that much but it was a good bit.
