resurrecting this thread as i started concentrating on basketball. Senators lost 2-1 on 2/3/2012 to the Isles in the SO.

That brings me to 0-3 and -4.5 Units on the year. Im ready to make a serious run now that i have a better gauge on the teams after the deadline.

2 Plays tonight:

1.Penguins ML -1.65
Red hot off 4 wins in a row and finally returning home. Should be an exciting win for a team picking up its stride even without Crosby.

2.Anaheim ML -1.65
Anaheim facing the second worst team in the NHL atm. Anaheim is still fighting for a playoff seed and even though statistics and standings don't make them much better than Edmonton, I found one tidbit that really gave me what i feel is an edge. Anaheim is a good home team (17-14-2) and Edmonton has 64% of their very little wins at home and is one of the worst away teams (9-20-2)

Yes he is, I am a ranger fan and he has went toe to toe with lundqvist when we've played them this year. But, now Pittsburgh is rolling and Fleury has been hot his last 5 games.

The Rangers will likely have captain Ryan Callahan return to the lineup (courtesy of Nyrangersblog.com) and he only makes them that much better. Kovalchuk has not scored in his past nine games and the Devils have been shut out in 2 of their past 6 games. Tonight they face arguably the best goalie in the league. Great value in this rivalry match.
2.Bruins ML -1.35
Bruins have been struggling lately but they have simply OWNED Toronto this season. They have met 4 games that the Bruins have won all. Toronto under going change with a new coach who has put them through intense practice the past few days.

I will keep rolling with this team as they are the hottest in the NHL right now. Toronto still has not solved their defensive problems under new coaching. With news of Crosby's return near, the fan base should be pumped and loud tonight as they are serious cup contenders once again.

Also have a lean on Buffalo tonight but im not going to play it because i expect a close game.

Nice call, was on St Louis to win in regulation tonight and last game against Chicago. Now that Detroit has all these injuries going to make them my new binky team, especially at home.

Someone remind me to stop betting hit or miss teams like the Kings.

Lol, I considered the Kings but i didnt really see an advantage for either side. Both are inferior teams and I also read that bernier was starting for the Kings.

Avalanche are a good team at home and could use the 2 points today to stay alive in playoff contention. Theyre goaltending as of late has been extremely well and we know how that can carry you through the latter parts of the season.
