A couple of observations

#1 - Wow, someone put in insane amount of time into making that video

#2 - It was pretty obvious early on that a bitter Canuck fan was trying to get past the burning car memories of losing the cup on home ice. Something tells me if the Canucks had won, we'd never see this video make it to youtube.

#3 - The insertion of the Sedin donation thing made this video reek like a cold war propaganda film.

#4 - While I always thought they were dangerous, there used to be a time where that submarine hit by Marchand was actually praised in the league (Kevin Lowe used to be considered a specialist at those)

dont get me wrong with this thread. i like the bruins. theyve got a deep, hockey history and i grew up following bourque,neely, lemelin and moog.



but they have a self-righteous mentality that when they lay a dirty hit, its just part of the game and doesnt deserve suspension(marchand protecting himself from salo? ,savard biting carcillo?) while everyone else needs to tough-up and when they get layed out by the same kind of hit, they want instant suspensions.
it's one thing that a player takes an illegal hit, but when you support it when its clearly illegal and theres a guy with a severe concussion or serious injury as a result, no matter what team makes the hit, you look like an idiot.
