7 games to OT last night?!

Anyone else think this crazy?
Out of 13 games 7 go to OT and 3 of those to SO. I've just recently started following hockey so maybe I am alone in thinking this is odd.

Maybe all the players were preoccupied by turkey.

I think they were too preoccupied with mashed potatoes.
