No heart. Boudreau should have been fired after being swept by Tampa last year. It's pretty clear the mutual respect between him and the players are gone.

Benching Ovie in the end of games shows that there is some problem within the team.
As a Penguins fan I really hope they never fire Boudreau. Just have to learn not to bet on them.
