This is a perfect spot for the Islanders. I was at the Coliseum Sunday and the word going around was that Capuano kept the players after all the press conferences finished up and had them watch the game from start to finish and then brought them back out onto the ice and skated them until 2AM. Of coarse I can't guarantee its validity but I just know that a lot of people at the rink were talking about it. You would have to think that the players are sure as hell going to give everything they have tonight.

Well, whether this is true or not I am going to throw down on the Islanders to win in regulation +322, even though I am already on Pitt -1.5 +150. Just need a blowout or a big upset.

Why not? This is hockey.

Crosby is a very skilled hockey player but hockey is a team sport. Also, "one player" is not so important in hockey since a player don't play more then (approximately) 20 minutes.

According and following your picks i realized i could make profit betting on your underdogs, not to win but to not lose by more than 2 goals at bet365. The results are great. I like St. Louis today. Halak holds a 5-1-0 record with a 1.76 GAA, .933 SV% and one shutout in six career starts against Kings.

Bernier will be in the net for visitors. In his last start against the Blues (his only career start also), Bernier allowed four goals on 31 shots.
