Here are my thoughts on the game tonight.
Tonight in St. Louis a big division game will be going down. Bernier in net for the Kings vs Halak for the Blues. I have watched alot of Kings hockey this year and they struggled early in the year, but have turned it around lately with some quality play. They are coming off a big loss Saturday at home where they lost 4-1 to Detroit. It was a afternoon game where the Kings HAD 15 GIVEaways mostly in their zone, and did NOT score a powerplay goal for the first time in 7 games. The last time these two teams met it was one of the best Kings performances this year with a shutout win with Quick in net when he went on that great run. The Blues have gone 4-0-2 under new coach Ken Hitchcock and he has the Blues playing great defensive hockey. Both of these teams are playing tomorrow night, the Blues have the Penguins coming in tomorrow with that DUDE Crosby. Possible look ahead. The Blues in 59 power play opportunities have only cashed in 6 of those chances. I think Bernier is solid and I think Kopitar has a crisp game tonight and look for the Kings to skate harder tonight. I will take a shot on the doggy in a divisional game tonight. 3 goals will get it done.

Don't think it will be a look ahead for the blues, more like a "look! we better get these points tonight or we face losing two in a row at home!" LA seems to be the one looking ahead holding out Quick for the divisional opponent tomorrow.

No need for Quick tonight as Bernier stood on his head. Kopitar played a great game, and Richards has really turned it on as of late. 3 goals gets it done.
