Leafs -110 vs Blue Jackets - Thursday Night
Motivation: I know it's a back-2-back night for the Leafs, but lets face it. The value here is great with a hot Leafs team vs a struggling Blue Jackets team. The Leafs lead in nearly every major category; Goals, GA, PP%, PK% & Goal Diff. The offense is hot and I think they have what it takes to win on short rest against a team that not only is struggling on the ice but off it as well.

The last 5 games: Both teams are giving up an average of 3 goals, but the Leafs are averaging 3.4 goals to the Blue Jackets 2.8.

Concern: The Leafs allow the most power play goals in the league while the Blue Jackets have the most power play opportunities. Leafs also have the worst penalty killing in the league with the Blue Jackets coming in second.

    My play: Leafs -110

I agree that the leafs look to be in a good spot tonight, but I think the money in this game is on the over(if Riemer is still sidelined). I watched the Tor vs. Nj last night and the monster, not to mention the leafs defense looked shaky at best. Also with the leafs inability to kill a penalty combined with possibly being a step slow, because of the back to back, that we could see the buds have more PK trouble tonight. Mason hasnt been playin up to his potential either. I believe that all signs point to the over in this one...GL

Warning on this game: I'm a leafs fan too.

Goalies coming off any amount if time off due to injury generally fare pretty bad in their returns to the ice. Look at brodure last night.

I think Columbus with the over is a smart play tonight.

Just my 2 cents. But the leafs are hot, so it go either way. But these same blue jackets beat the redwings didn't they? And more recently the ducks, those are two pretty good teams they beat. And they beat em both in the last week or so. Just saying....tread with caution on this game.

Columbus is favoured because they beat a couple good teams. This is bound to happen after losing 9 games or however many it was. Leafs offense is winning them games right now and getting + money on them is the smart play.

My suggestion is that there are better games out there to bet on...

Thanks. This solidified my choice of bluejackets and the over.

(as a leaf fan i want em to win. But i honestly think we see the home team pull it out tonight.

Taking the Jackets is the smart play.
Look at the line, Leafs is obviously the better team, but +110?
Yeah, speaking of values, yeah, that's what Vegas want most of public to think

Another classic case of people thinking way too much. This was too easy 4-1 going into the 3rd. I haven't bet on Hockey until last week and if this holds off ill be 7-1. Maybe ill stop spending all my money losing shady ass college football games! lol. maybe not
