they gave a penalty in overtime to the sharks, because they thought the islanders shot it out of the rink, delay of game penalty, but it was totally wrong and the replay showed that it hit the glass. penalty in overtime should be more closely reviewed, totally ruined the game. had two units on islanders.

Totally right about that, even as a Sharks fan the Islanders got screwed. 4 on 3 in OT is a killler, tough to be on that losing side. Don't see why delay of game can't be reviewed. Not like after the penalty decisions are made affecting the score (i.e. a scoring change after minutes of play when a team can argue they played strategically based on the score which shouldn't be changed after that point)Comment -
yea, i mean no one wants to see a game end that way. and there was tons of video evidence. i don't know who would have won, maybe the sharks win, but it makes the whole 3 periods seem pointless when in a sudden death situation one team gets a huge penalty for a delay of game that didn't even happen.Comment
