There. we can argue here instead of cluttering up DGs thread.
I think Reimer looks pretty good.

I would go with Lundqvist
Just pure talent. People say he is not focused enough on hockey which may or may not be true. I have no idea.

May not be too many that are gonna agree with me, but I'd say carey price at this point. with rinne and thomas and miller all right up there. Just pure talent wise, I think price is actually the best

Someone under the radar right now but my end up with a starting gig in a few years is Jhonas Enroth. Guy has been money for the Sabres since he has been the full time backup.

Gotta go with Thomas right now. What a comeback season for him in 2010.

At the moment, Rinne. I could definitly hear arguments for Thomas, Lundqvuist, or Price. All 4 are great

By far the best is Rinne. unquestionable that he is the top goalie the league has seen in a long time, including the consistency that guys like Price and Thomas havent had. Lunqvidst would be my second choice for sure. Vokoun will be worth a look this year once he's settled in Washington, should expect big numbers from him (in the wins column at least lol)

Jimmy Howard is improving and should give detroit what they've needed the past few years to go deep in the playoffs, and that is good consistent goaltending. Is he the best? No. But with a team that can score if he can keep a GAA of under 2.4 detroit should go far. Conference Finals at least.

Price has good fundamentals and he's handled immense pressure well, but when it comes to the best in the league he's not even top 5. His biggest flaw is his puck awareness. Create traffic and rebounds around him and he turns into Jocelyn Thibault.
For me Cam Ward i played very good !!!Jimmy Howard this is the year of Red Wings Kari Lehtonen Semyon Varlamov Jonas Hiller

I agree with it being Lundqvist or Rinne. Young enough to bank on, and don't have the baggage of a Price or Luongo. Thomas could throw up a stinker and be out of contention, but these unconventional guys just keep them out. Honourable mentions to Bryz, Hiller, and Miller.

Lundqvist, followed by Miller, followed by Rinne. After these 3, the list can be debated, but its pretty clear to most who folow hockey religiously these our the top 3 right now.

My top 3. All Europeans too. They seem to be the future of goaltending. American goalies have become better than Canadians these days too IMO.

Nobody has mentioned the highest paid goalie in the league???
Roberto Loogie
Loogie just Horked 4 goals on 19 shots to the Rangers tonight.
Where would you put him?
As value to team VS salary......I say dead last.
As a tender.....about 15th
