Yep, you got it. Hawks team total is a 3*, risking 3.60 to win 3. Sharks and Jets/Lightning are a 2*, Wild/Avs 1*

Salami is equal 4 + 10 games/night. Wed is neutral but Thursdays tend to under.
Thanks Bob for the PHX/DAL under. I was undecided between that and Vancouver under to go with NJ/NYR under. The last 10 games for all teams is at 3.4-6.6 to the under.

I dont really have a definitive answer. A lot of different things. Price is one of the biggest. I pass on team total/period plays every day because of the price.

Also for team totals, what have they done lately? Who is scoring/not scoring for/against at home? Who is scoring/not scoring for/against away? I'm big into home/away splits.

Is there a noticeable trend in how the two teams usually play each other?

If I have a lean to the Over/Under, would a team total play be smarter? For example - Wings/Oilers the other night. The Over immediately jumped out at me. But would I rather lay juice on the 5.5 or get + money on the Wings at 3.5? Somebody has to get to 4 for the game to go over and considering the Wings hadnt lost in their last 17 home games and the Oilers are the worst road team in the NHL once again, chances are it was the Wings that were going to get to 4. Easy decision to play the team total.

I dont put as big of an emphasis on goalies as others but they still come into play.

I always trust my gut over anything else.

For period totals I pretty much only play Unders these days. The first period is the lowest scoring period. So when I like an Under I pretty much would always prefer to play the 1st period under instead of the game under. But again, it all comes down the price. I'll take my chances on the Under 5 at + money rather than the under 1.5 at -150.

Some teams are auto-plays like the Rangers last night. They're 21-4 to the Under at home, 25-16 last year. So at -120 Im taking it every time I can. Problem is I dont get that -120 or better every game.
