you can watch the games on KHL homepage, but i don't know how much it costs. might be about 1$ per game.
i think they are streaming all matches.
i can watch all Dinamo Riga games on Latvian TV channel LTV7 and some other games on KHL TV on cable tv.

you can try to watch Dinamo Riga games on http://www.ltv7.lv/dinamo-ltv7/live/...video-streams/
but i don't know if it works outside of Latvia.
