Today in KHL only one match: Torpedo Novgorod- Vityaz Chekhov. Both team make lots of transfers. Torpedo have a good start of KHL 3-1 with the new signers like Dmitry Makarov (3 goals), Martin Thorensen (3 assisst), goalie Vitali Koval (save percentage 100% until now) playing good hockey. Vityaz one of the weekest team of KHL (and in the meantime one of the "warrior" team of KHL), make a lot of transfers from AHL and russian team, but still struggle in the start of sezon. They are 0-2, lose 2 match at home, one against Torpedo who won with 3-0.
So, for me Torpedo have great chance to win today at home.

I don't know about this one. this match can be pretty unpredictable, topredo this will be 5th straight match (1st @ home) in 9days, but Vityaz only 3rd after 4days break. also history about these two teams mutual matches is 8-5 which isn't so confidence, of course torpedo are favorite for this match they start season great, except last game 6-2 lose against severstal.. which maybe starts testify about torpedo tiredness.

I can understand your concerns about tiredness but the thing is I absolutely fancy a disaster for Vityaz in Novgorod, that team hardly scores and Torpedo will have its best goalie --disclaimer, I can only suspect that based on their latest match when they allowed 6 goals and I know for sure that goalie didn't play.
BTW if anyone can link some sites where line-ups are present I would really appreciate , it doesn't matter if in russian, I will put whatever effort it's necessary in understanding it.
If it helps I too will play Torpedo -1,5

I hate huge favs, but really can't see Torpedo lose in this one, too! Vityaz really has never been a good dog to play, they can easily go on a 10 + game losing streak anytime. What else would you expect from a team that is more interested in fighting their opponents instead of outplaying them. They can only succeed against teams that are too scared or worried about their key players getting injured in a fight. Torpedo here, GL!

Absolutely shocked that Torpedo lost

Tired as they might have been, it is almost a duty to grab the points and beat such a bad team as Vityaz at home. They can lose to many strong or even average teams in the season, but these should be free giveaway points from victories over the teams like Vityaz. Well, nevermind, Predictx was right, he might be Russian and therefore could see something we cannot.

I only saw the first period and my goodness there was only torpedo on ice shooting, of course because they've already conceded the first goal , but I guess Vityaz defended better than expected and Torpedo with that huge goaltender Koval were shaky, still can't believe it.

Dinamo Riga is a team I don't bet too often, but I also try to avoid going against them. Can be very dangerous even against big faves. Last time I had Atlant in regulation and Riga made me sweat the game big time. Still Redlish Redlish... I first thought one guy is on fire, but only later noticed there are 3 different players of that name on the team.

Absolutely, they should have already been kicked out a year ago, when they started the fight with Omsk. But every team means more money for the league, I guess... If there are other teams from Europe interested in joining KHL, maybe then they´ll get rid of such crappy teams as Vityaz.
