Even if Daniel is unable to play I think just his presence will be extra motivation for them to win just like what Mason Raymond did last year when he showed up at the arena with a brace...although I cannot remember if the Canucks actually won that game or not.

One question DG...I am seriously thinking of pounding the VAN SOG o31.5. The last 2 games they've had 48 & 41 SOG respectively and tomorrow I think they will have to shoot from anywhere from anyone and get someone in front for rebounds. I would like your insight if you don't mind. Thanks.

Yup he will definitely lift the teams spirit. Hopefully he gets a PP goal early then the team will take off.

As for the SOG prop the only way I don't see it hitting is if say LA goes up by 3 or more say late in the 2nd. Then the team will be deflated and stop pressing. If it's a tight game (like it should be) I see them firing everything at the net once again. It's hard not to outshoot the shit of a team that sits back and plays D all game.

Wednesday Play

PIT/PHI Over 1.5 (1st) (-142) $1420 to win $1000

-Going bigger than I normally would on this one mostly before of the large Canucks series loss I am about to suffer. Would normally probably only bet 2-5 units on this one but I think this is a good spot to make a move. There is pretty much no way this one will be a clean game and with 4, 4 and 6 goals scored in the 1st in the first 3 games, 2 seems like it has an excellent shot of hitting. Add to the fact the total is now 6.5 for this one, over 1.5 looks good.

Damn! My book doesn't even have this up yet. How much has the line dropped already? Any concerns that the embarrassment that everyone endured last game will impact the pace of this game? Pens will also be missing Asham and Neal, thus losing some of their offense. I know the Pens will play hard to hopefully save face here, but missing Neal hurts.

Yes, considering, might actually play under 6.5 +105 and Flyers over 2.5 -205. Decent chance they both hit and unlikely they both lose. I am trying to avoid that type of move and just go with the play with the best value though, that's the best policy in the long run. Hmmmm....

There has never been a 2 posted to my knowledge. I even remember a 7 total a couple years back between ATL/WAS and the 1st period total was still 1.5.
