Don't get me wrong I would be pissed too if I paid that amount of $ to watch my team get smoked in a game 7 but that's not the way to handle it. I probably would have been heading for the exits at 4-0 and to the nearest bar/liquor store from there.

yep...didnt you hear them chanting "bettman sucks"? most of the fans were cheering the bruins. thomas is the man, and recchi has had an awesome career and helped alot of teams get better. bruins had a good season. too bad it was such a lopsided score. i was hoping for a better game

I wouldn't say it's classless... I've witnessed a team winning the cup a few times on the opponents ice... and the fans booed the MVP as well. It's typical. The fans have a right to be pissed off... but Vancouver took it to an entirely different level... which was rude.

Bettman is very pro US franchises, it's business, and Canadians don't like it.

Gary Betman is the only reason Phoenix still has a team and there isn't a team in Hamilton. He is the reason hockey went to the Southern States and I think he's doing everything to try to hold onto those teams to prevent even more failure on his part.

Nuck fans are very knowledgeable about hockey.
All the stuff the last few days is how Thomas is a super goalie and how we would rather have him than Loogie!

More failure? He's pretty much brought the league up to even close to competing with the other major sports. Sure he makes mistakes, but hockey has really made strides the last 5 or so years.

Some people work all day then come home hoping for something good on TV, once that turns to shit you are bound to get violent reactions from a certain portion of the population. The world isn't perfect, not everyone can sit in their half-million dollar houses and whine about how stupid those who rioted were. You want these things to end? Start with the political atmosphere.
