What are the historical stats for game 7 winners?

I don't follow hockey, , but is it as difficult for the road team to win a game 7 as it is for basketball? In basketball the home team is something like over 90% winners.

Only 1 of the 15 Game 7s went over 5 goals (1950 - DET 4 NYR 3 OT). Under is worth a shot IMO.
