The Canucks gave up 8 they will tighten up big time tomorrow night. History shows that after most blowout games the next game is much lower scoring.

my gut tells me it will be low scoring, but going u5 is tough. i'd like it more at under 5.5. if it's a 2-2 game, overtime reduces you to a push. just like game 2. With u5, you don't win unless there's 4 or less. tough to bet on 4 or less goals... obviously push at 5.... but i think that half point makes a difference. what would the book charge to buy it to u5.5? Gut kind of tells me that vancouver/luongo will play much better defensively and boston's scoring could be lowered with absence of horton. just gotta hope boston doesnt get cocky after the big win and start playing sloppy defensively. And recently, boston's powerplay has looked a little bit better. both in terms of goals and in terms of quality chances. i think low scoring, but i'd like it a lot more at 5.5... i wouldn't be surprised to see a push with a 3-2 game... either in regulation or a 2-2 game that goes to overtime resulting in 3-2 game. just like game 2. Then again, what do i know? I thought puck had to enter zone first, and that having one foot over the line before the puck crosses was offside. and i played hockey. how embarassing.

The UNDER is the way to go. Boston can not put up anywhere close to 8 goals again. Both defenses are showing up, and most importantly, it is going to be 90 degrees in Boston today. The ice at the TD Garden is notoriously BAD. With the hot weather, the ice will be very soft and the puck will be all over the place and hard to get good shots on goal. Good Luck!Comment -
