van is +440 to win in 6 and +425 to win in 7. i think there's better value there than betting them at -230. unless you think they'll win in 4 or 5. i could be wrong, but i give the bruins at least 2 wins. see +425 and +440 much better value than -230. but, of course, if vancouver sweeps or wins 4-1 you lose. but i think it will be a 6 or 7 game series. just my opinion. input is welcome! Agree with you no value on Vancouver ML for the cup. I said this in another thread to take um in 5 or 6 games which has better value at +400 depending where you go....GL

Although I think Vancouver will win the Cup, its no guarantee. Boston has a legit shot at winning this series as well. Wouldn't wager anything to crazy on this.

You are missing his entire point.

This series should go 6, if not the full 7. Boston is a deeper team than Vancouver, but the Canucks have huge advantages with the Sedins and their power play. Two of the refs for this series were involved in Boston-TB Game 7, which had 0 penalties, so they MIGHT be more inclined to let them play in the Finals, which gives an edge to Boston.

I am considering betting this series at-
Boston to win at +180 for 1 unit
Van in 6 at +440ish for .4 units
Van in 7 at +425ish for .4 units

So as long as Van doesn't win in 4 or 5, I profit... probably going bigger than the 1/.4/.4 unit spread, just using that for easier math
