Which books can you NOT you parlay the ML and total at?

Im British and cant make that bet at Bet365 or William Hill, there the only books i use. Cant bet moneyline and game total of same games, thought it was the norm to be honest.

Just fyi going forward I think the over in any game involving Detroit or Anaheim looks good. No way am I touching an over in Caps Rangers. My other stratgy so far and sticking with it is to bet Vancouver to win in regulation every game, that is unless the odds are just out of whack. It should be pretty tasty for the next one. Go Nucks.

theres a big difference between +110 and -130 though, so you could have a good record but be mad -EV
