Culturally, not talking about the architecture. There's almost no immigrants in Quebec city.
There is a lot of greek, italians and new french immigrants in MTL. You can see it in the food, restaurants, markets in the summer. And not to forget that us the quebecois are closer culturally to France then the rest of canada or the states. If you watch some cultural shows in french you'll notice.

One of the best home teams (Montreal) vs. one of the best road teams (Boston). This series should be wild. I feel crazy saying this, but I think I like the over in these games even though it features two of the best goalies in the league. Subban is just what the league needs, and I hope he shines through in these playoffs.

I do not live in the city of Toronto. Actually about 15-20 minutes North in Vaughan. I know Toronto is very multi-cultural but its being taken over now by Middle Eastern's and Asians mostly. Nothing wrong with that but it is what it is. Where I live in Vaughan its mainly Italians and thats what my background is as well. Anyways, getting off topic here.
