Washington at New Jersey

Over/Under is at 5 (Pinny has this at even as well!!!)

3 games this season so far:
WAS 5 - NJ 1
NJ 5 - WAS 0
WAS 7 - NJ 2

Under is 9-1 in WAS last 10 vs. Atlantic.
Under is 6-1-2 in NJ last 9 home games.

Looking at the stats on the first 3 games I say over is the right play. The last 2 stats don't look as good for the over play but looking at Washington's last 10 games 7 of the games had 5 goals or more. Looking at NJ's last 10 only 4 of the games had 5 goals or more.

Anyone have any thoughts on this game? I'm leaning over since it is 5 and I can live with a push if need be. I put more weight on the results of these teams past results this season over the teams individual records the past few games.

2 units over 5 is my play tonight.

Don't like it. New Jersey had gone 17 straight without giving up more than 2 goals in a game before last night, that's not just their past few games. They are just playing so much better and they won't want this to be a wide open game. On the other side if you look at the games this year Neuvirth is 2-0, 1.51 GAA and .957 save percentage. Under more likely imo.
