Carolina Hurricanes ML x1 - The Canes go into the night needing to get points to stay in the playoff picture for right now. Ward is coming off an impressive start the other night. The other thing that stands out to me is the face the Giguere is starting for the Maple Leafs tonight coming off a long absence from the ice and a poor showing the last time he played against the Canes.

Detroit Red Wings ML x1 - The Wings go into tonight coming off a good win to end the Capitals winning streak. Tonight they travel to Columbus where they have traditionally dominated. Howard gets a rest but the way that the Blue Jackets have been playing lately I don't think that they have a chance against a healthy Red Wings squad.

Washington Capitals ML -110 1x - Like the Capitals tonight. They still looked like a team on a mission the other night in Detroit and played a very good game but came out on the wrong end. The Devils on the other hand played last night and didn't look very good against a very poor Ottawa squad. Think the Caps get it done against the red hot Devils tonight.

Alright guys have been pretty busy the last week or so. Things are starting to get back to normal and hopefully we'll be winning some money in the near future.

Wednesday Plays

Vancouver Canucks ML -105 x2 - The Red Wings are limping into tonights game with a plethora of injuries and have been pretty shaky at home to boot. With most of their scoring threats listed as doubtful tonight I like the odds on the Canucks tonight. There's a chance that Osgood makes his first start in a couple months....not a good thing. I think the Canucks get it done in Detroit tonight.

Toronto Maple Leafs (ML -125 x2) - The Maple Leafs are on the outside looking in right now for the Eastern Conference playoffs. They need this win to stay in the race. I think they will throw every thing they've got at the Aves tonight who have finally begun to win some games. Think the Leafs over power the Aves tonight and keep their playoff hopes alive.

Friday's Play

Capitals/Senators Under 5.5 Goals (-145 x2) - The Capitals have been under machines this year and they are missing their best scorer in Ovechkin. The Senators have improved since the goalie trade with the Avalanche. Anderson has been revived so to speak since he has gotten his change of scenery. I think the Capitals under machine rolls on tonight and they don't reach the mark.

Like this one as well, seems that it should have been set at 5. Just a thought, but anyone thinking about the over might as well parlay it with the Caps. Myself, I am playing the under and small parlay on Ottawa and the under. Big play for me tonight is Buff. in regulation. Good luck!

Thanks good call today, let's get em tomorrow! At first glance I like Toronto and from my vantage point here in Boston no value on the Bruins. They have been horrible on Saturdays, could be a let down from Mtl game and Rangers playing well and need it. Could be an under play.

I like the under idea but my book has the total at 5 and I'm just not sure about that. Toronto is very good value with Detroit still missing most of their main scorers. But i think I'm gonna stay away and go with the most consistent under team in the league again getting another 5.5 tonight.

Capitals/Canadians Under 5.5 Goals (-145 x2) - I'm not sure why two of the most consistent under teams in the league are getting a 5.5 goal total. Maybe because neither scored the last time out... At any rate with both having a little bit of a scoring drought and no Ovechkin again I think this one goes under again. RIDE THE TREND!

Monday's Play

Chicago Blackhawks (ML +110 x2) - The Red Wings just keep piling up the injuries, this time starting goalie Jimmy Howard. They are still missing a lot of their offensive fire power and are a very depleted squad right now. The Blackhawks on the other hand are trying to avoid being the second Stanley Cup Champions to miss the playoffs since the Hurricanes. I think they will come out firing and jump all over AHL goalie Joey MacDonald. The Blackhawks are just too strong for this banged up Red Wings squad.

Tuesday's Play

Capitals/Hurricanes Under 5.5 Goals (-130 x2) - The Capitals return to the ice tonight having had some much needed time off. They have committed themselves to defense this year and have allowed among the leagues fewest goals. Tonight they play a division rival, Carolina. The Capitals have only gone over the make in 3 of their last 10 games while Carolina has only gone over in 4 of their last 10. In all games this year between the two teams not a single one has seen 6 goals. I don't think tonight will see 6 red lamps.

Oh, and don't forget, Ottawa and under parlay tonight as well. Tampa not playing great and not a huge spot for them. Feels almost like betting on the Sens to win at +378 and that's good value.

Agree with it all! Carolina has to have this one or their playoff lives might be over and like you said Tampa has been playing well at all and the Senators have beat them already twice this month.
