The San Jose Sharks have won five straight games and are riding (skating) a 9-0-1 streak their last 10 games. The hot Sharks will play at New Jersey tonight.

Knowing the Sharks are playing well of late, I'm taking New Jersey +1.5. The Devils have won 11 of their last 14 and 3 of last 4 against San Jose. Steep price but like the insurance even though I think New Jersey wins straight up.

Lemaire says he plans to stick with Johan Hedberg if he plays well enough. He will not switch goalies while Martin Brodeur (knee) is out.
With Hedberg's win last night, expect him to start the second of back-to-back games as well. The 37-year-old is 0-3-0 lifetime against the Sharks with a 6.20 GAA and .754 SV% over four appearances.

Oh I agree with you, I like the Sharks tonight, I just don't see the reasoning in taking the +1.5 on the PL unless you parlay.

Using my system, I have finished 2 of 17, 1 of 12, 2 of 16, 1 of 20, 4 of 24 and 10 of 23 the past six weeks in LT's SBR hockey contest. So far this week I'm 1 of 27.
