now the NFL Pro Bowl was more boring to me, i turned that one off.

the fantasy draft is fun to watch to see who goes where an where the players rank each other, but put them on the ice and theres nothing to play for. bring back the east v west or n america v world at least

NHL corporate types (Buttman and company) have it figured that people want pansies on ice...If you can't hit, play def, etc are people really getting hockey? It's just clowning around but I guess it's somewhat similar to any all-star game. Cheers

Why are you guys surprised? Haven't you ever seen an All Star Game? The rules are, no checking, no putting out until 5 minutes before the 3rd period ends, and no one gets hurt. This game has been played this way for years now. You guys make it sound like this is the first time you have ever seen it played this way. What do you expect in an All Star game?

They need to make the game have some Meaning like in baseball. There doesn't have to be checking , but they were hardly playing defense at all. Make the winning conference have home ice in the final and you ll see more trying ..

That's what the regular season is for. I'd hate to have Gary Bettman's retarded marketing love child have an impact on who takes the Cup. Just eliminate the game all together and let the players rest for a week. But of course that's what Bettman wants every game to be like. High scoring, no contact, and cartoon characters between periods. But hey, thats what you get when the "commish" is a jew york lawyer that's never picked up a stick.
