Amazing. I think Finland should be a slight favorite because of the Team spirit and better goaltending and defense. Finns have won all matches so far and would be a shame to lose the last game of the tournament. I'm a bit drunk and still really happy about todays game.

I did Juuso.

I only had 1 unit on Finland....lost 2 on the o/u but had Sweden for 2...+143

It was a great game.

Fins look very good. Great defense and goaltending + the skated and shot the puck very well.

I think people are overreacting to the Swededs impressive victory.
The Czech goal keeping was pathetic.

Finland = gold
Sweden = silver
Russia= bronze.

Good luck to your Finnish team, I hope they bring home the gold.

Thanks Bro. Last time Finland won Gold was in 1995 World championships. Olympics is much more bigger event as NHL will stop and all the best players are allowed to participate. Eventough Finland has a lot of missing players because of injuries and some players declining to represent this time, the team has a tremendous chemistry and team spirit right now. I feel really hopefull we will take the GOLD!

ok guys try not to hate me but...

Canada was the heavy favorite from the start of the tournament. They did not play up to expectations and (in my opinion) was over-valued going into the quarterfinals. Russia beats them (as underdogs) and is now all of a sudden a(n) (overvalued) heavy favorite to win the tournament. Finland beats an over-valued Russian team and all of a sudden goes from being the biggest underdog in the semi-finals to the favorite in the finals?

Just like there was value with Russia (vs Canada) and Finalnd (vs. Russia) does it seem reasonable there is value with Sweden over Finland?

...or you could just say that Finland is 7-0 with 4 shutouts. To me, it's all a coinflip (where I get 10/11 odds)

No problem Ira. The key to succesful betting is finding value in bets. If you think it's 50%-50% coinfip, by all means take Sweden ML. That represents value for you. I personally would give 60%-40% in favor for finland. The margins are small and when players of this caliber clash, anything could happen. I may look this with a bit of biased view, but i really think Finland plays like the champion right now.

Both teams should want it because of the geographic nature of the countries. Not to mention a medal, which should ease some disappointment. Still, the way both teams gave up after falling behind yesterday, not sure a bet on this game is well advised.

Sweden is again favored in pinnacle lines. I just took Finland to win gold @ +105. I analyzed this game pretty deep, and came to conclusion roughly 55% winning chance for Finland. +105 is pure value imo.
