wow they blew it... great time of the year to play your worst hockey.. i had nothing on this game but it seems like things are backwards in the nhl lately. cobra u usually play dogs you would be killing right now.

i know it blew my mind i thought they might be able to compete for the cup a few weeks ago. Now i think its between san jose and anaheim and i cant wait to see that series.Comment -
o'well they hold the cup... they played without pronger yesterday (a defensive beast) and lost by 1 on the road. I wouldnt count anaheim out even though they had a shitty 3rd period. i still think they have a better shot then a team like detroit or dallas especially if giguere plays anything like last year in the playoffs.Comment -
This just goes to show that in the NHL you cannot possibly lay 2-1 or more on any team to win any game at any time! The difference between the top and bottom teams is not sufficient enough to believe that any team will win any game more than 70% of the time no matter where that game is being played. Another example was the Leaf/Ottawa game last nite. Leafs +210 against an Ottawa team just spinning it's wheels. It doesn't mean these teams are going to win the game, it just means that the odds being offered are far more than the odds that these underdog teams will win.
As for Dallas, collapses like these show that at this point, this team isn't quite ready to be a serious cup contender.Comment
