In this thread, picks are simple..... play a team who just hit a 4 game win streak, fade teams with 4 game losing streak. Continue playing until the streak is broken. Will start new lines as multiple streaks are bound to happen at once. Edmonton and Vancouver are both on 7 game streaks, but won't be playing either during this streak since I missed the boat on them.

I'm keeping this small due to not knowing exactly how well this will work.

Listed are my plays in actual big time money amounts.

Updating.... bad night last night, 0-2 lost 12.10. Total now is at -.1 Nothing much going on today, will be checking to see if Detroit wins to start tailing them and St Louis loses to start fading them.

Question:

Wouldn't you want to do the opposite of what you are doing with tailing the winning team? I assume you're just trying to jump aboard the hot teams?

It's not very often teams make runs in the NHL of 5/6+ game winning streaks...so fading them...wouldn't that bring in more of a profit because you'd be betting +money as well?

Just a thought/question as to your choice...I'm interested in the reasoning.

Went back and checked a week or so ago.... fading a team that just hit a 4 game losing streak or tailing one that hit a 4 game had gone 35-29 so far this season.

Owchies....... that one line is getting a little piled up! Probably should've played Philly on a smaller line given all the juice, but hindsight is always 20/20. Right now at -22.71. If Edmonton continues this skid for a few more games, I'll be feeling better haha.

I had some crap come up last couple of days, so couldn't pay much attention to plays and what to do. However, I'm glad I wasn't able to. Would've been pretty rough.

Figured this was worth a shot, but streaks just don't last long enough for this to be worth doing, IMO. Thought it'd work a little bit better, but guess that's the way it goes.

However, you will see me back with a similar MLB thread in a couple of months, looks like that one will work quite a bit better
