I don't often recommend games, since I don't want the hassle of people crying when I'm in error. So I won't start now but I would take a good look at the stats and historical opposition TB and WSH have had to this point. Does the line make sense? Who is going up and who is going down? My personal belief about hockey is that many oddsmakers go more by hype/strictly numbers (aka WSH's home record) to create a line. Cheers and good luck.
