Dallas just don't keep pucks outta their own net consistently enough to be priced even money @ Toronto. I mean we ain't talking Washington here folks, we be talkin DALLAS.
If you're betting Stars on the "Leafs can't score" angle, it's already been priced in. I personally believe that angle has dried up anyway, and what better way to score some goals than @ home vs leaky team like Dallas. These interconference matchups should generally favor the home team a little stronger, so this line is off by 20-30 cents easy imo.
Panthers +120
The moneyline/total tandem on this game don't jive.....oddsmakers priced this game as though Fleury is going to give Panthers offense a difficult time while Pens offense goes to town. Pens offense vs Vokoun should be great matchup, but Fleury never had a reputation as a stopper, particularly on the road. Panthers are homestrong type, albeit inconsistent team, and Pitt's offense always gives them a shot on the road. Should be great game that can easily go either way, but I think Pens offense + Fleury a little overvalued here.
