the line is right now 100 on florida and -120 for the islanders.

How come they're favorite? Bookies predicting isles cut their L streak and win finally?
Is that the reason?

I guess so. I was backing Isles couple of times during their current streak and the only thing I got back was frustration. So my trust in this team and the "they can´t lose another one" theory is definitely shaken. Not gonna put my money on them now, even though they are really due. Florida might get this one, at - 120 there is no value on the Isles right now, even if they should win. GL with Florida!
